Yes. WorkGuru connects natively with Xero and QBO for invoicing, purchase orders, and financial reporting. We configure the integration during setup and test it thoroughly so data flows cleanly between the two
How long does a WorkGuru implementation take?
Most projects take between 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your processes and how much historical data needs migrating.
Do I need the Stock Control module
No, it’s completely optional. WorkGuru’s core plan covers job management, timesheets, quoting, invoicing, CRM, and cost management.
The Stock Module (inventory control across one or multiple locations) is an add-on, priced separately at £ 200 + VAT/month. We’ll advise during scoping whether it makes sense for your business.
Can you migrate data from our current system into WorkGuru?
Yes. We can import clients, jobs, task templates, and rates from spreadsheets or your existing software, so you’re not starting from scratch.
Is WorkGuru suitable for my industry?
